1) Disclaimer of Liability 

  
 -Users of these plans acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards. 
 -The creator shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of these plans, including but not limited to 
	construction errors, material defects, or improper use. 
 -By using these plans, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creator from any claims or liabilities arising from their use.
 
 

2) Non-Disclosure Agreement


This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of purchase by and between:

Disclosing Party: StitchNGluePro.com 
Receiving Party: The Purchaser of Digital Plans

1. Definition of Confidential Information
	-For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" refers to proprietary digital products, including but not limited to designs, blueprints, schematics, prototypes, documents, 
	and other materials disclosed by the Disclosing Party.

2. Obligations of Receiving Party
The Receiving Party agrees to: 
	a) Keep the Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party except for printing (Print Plans) and cutting parts (DXF Plans). 
	b) Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of printing plans or cutting parts for building from the plans. 
	c) Take reasonable security measures to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized access.
	
 
 

3) LIMITED USE AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL PLANS


This Limited Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made as of the date of purchase by and between:

Licensor: StitchNGluePro.com 
Licensee: The Purchaser of Digital Plans

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital plans solely for the construction of one (1) single build. 
Any additional builds using these plans require the purchase of an additional license.

2. Restrictions on Use

The Licensee agrees: 
	a) Not to use the digital plans for more than one build without obtaining additional licenses. 
	b) Not to reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify the plans for commercial purposes. 
	c) To retain all copyright notices and proprietary markings present in the plans.

3. Additional Builds & Payment

The Licensee acknowledges that constructing more than one build using these plans requires additional purchases. 
The Licensee must contact the Licensor to obtain the required license before proceeding with any additional build.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The digital plans remain the sole property of the Licensor. The Licensee does not gain any ownership rights beyond the limited permitted use granted under this Agreement.
